Pratham Aircon clean room doors plays an essential role in preventing cross contamination as well as maintaining correct room pressure, air circulation rates and ensuring optimum operating efficiency.

Clean Room Partition Panels

Pratham Aircon modular cleanroom walls are a composite construction of two skins of GI Pre-Painted or Powder Coated over an aluminum/GI framework with a PUF insulated (Density 40±2kg/m3). Standard modular clean room panel dimensions are 1200 mm wide with an overall length ranging up to 4 mt. Standard modular clean room walls panels have an overall thickness of 50 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm.

  • Normal panels Dimensions-1200mm width and 3000mm height.
  • Panel’s thickness – 50 mm to 100 mm.
  • Infill – PUFF of 40±2 Kg / m3 density.
  • Joining systems – panels shall be joined by GI/Aluminum connecting profiles system to insure structural rigidity and proper panel to panel alignment.
  • Wall base runners – panels shall sit in a minimum 20-gauge galvanized steel track anchored to the floor required.
  • Ceiling panel hanging arrangements –fixed from concrete ceiling or structural MS Grid.
  • Coving and 3-way corners systems –Aluminum / PVC.
  • Sealing systems – Silicon sealant / food grade sealant.
  • Clean room window – our standard clean room window is with safety glass wrapped in anodized aluminum / PPGI / PCGI frames and radius corners. These are premanufactured in our modular wall panels before arriving to sites custom clean room windows sizes, colours and martials are available upon request.

Dynamic Pass Box

Dynamic Pass Box Works like an airlock or Laminar Air Flow unit. Clean air enters in the pass box and prevents the entrance of the contamination.

Static Pass box

Pass boxes are used to transfer material for blending, granulation or sterilization in the manufacturing area and sterilization & incubation in the microbiology laboratory. In some cases, equipment parts are also transferred through the pass boxes in sterile manufacturing areas.

Air Shower

Air Showers are installed between change areas and classified rooms or between lower and higher-grade classification rooms in cleanrooms and controlled environments.

  • Available in one person, two person or 4-person configuration .
  • 100% recirculatory. Air is discharged via high velocity discharge nozzles and recirculated at low level back to the fan and filter section within the shower.
  • Internal LED Lighting providing illumination of 500 Lux.
  • Interlocked doors with emergency override.
  • HEPA filtration with 99.997% efficiency at 0.5 micron.
  • Dedicated PLC controller with adjustable timer function.
  • Available connection to client Fire Alaram and BMS.
  • Easy to replace G4 pre-filters and H14 HEPA filters.
  • Emergency Stop button installed and connection available for alarm sounder/beacon.

Laminar Airflow (LAF)

Laminar Flow Cabinets create particle-free working environments by projecting air through a filtration system and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or uni-directional air stream. They provide an excellent clean air environment for a number of laboratory requirements.
